Free shipping across the US!

We at Tizah Fashion are all about making our products available to you, which is why we never charge for shipping within the US and Canada with a small fee for the rest of the Countries.

Tizah Fashion most commonly uses Standard Economy Shipment methods. Delivery time will vary based on your location, the post service delivery speeds, and other factors.

Expected delivery times:

Within the US and Canada: 7 to 20 Days

All other international shipping: 2 to 8 weeks to most countries. Depending on mail services and customs of each country, delivery may be a little bit sooner.


Return policy 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TIZAH FASHION. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused Tizah Fashion purchase within 14 days. The "Ships within" information on our product pages are estimated time for dispatch from our warehouses. The actual time to dispatch the products from our warehouse might vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot give refunds for:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Secondly, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at the contact page here for more details to where to send your item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest that you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
